Generalist with 7 to 10 years experience with strength in employee relations needed to support employee population of 400. Director of Organizational Development

Our Long Island based client is looking to fill the following position:

Director of Organizational Development
Director will develop, plan, and execute, talent development solutions for various business units. Candidate will implement: Performance Management process, coaching, and mentoring, integral to the people, culture and company’s business plans. Director will also facilitate annual leadership and succession planning review process.
A minimum of 10 years experience working in organization development leadership role and a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience managing a group of 3.
Bachelor’s Degree required a Masters Degree preferred.

Learning and Development Manager

 

Manager will oversee training and development delivering management training programs.

Candidate will work closely with management conducting needs assessment and recommend appropriate solutions and report on ROI of programs through surveys and focus groups.. Training classes include OSHA training, on boarding and technical training delivered through webinar, video and e-learning solutions.

5 to 7 years experience in large corporate environment preferred.
