Learning and Development Project Manager

Immigration Specialist

Specialist needed to manage global immigration process, employee visa status and permanent residency process. Work closely with domestic and international immigration law vendors to gather the needed documentation and file casework. Maintain compliance with immigration law. Support filing new visa petition in line with associated changes. Serve as the immigration specialist working with outside counsel for more complex cases.  Evaluate current immigration processes, suggesting changes where needed to improve operational objectives.

Director of Talent Acquisition

Director will be responsible for managing activities of recruiters ensuring that the firm has a constant talent pipeline. Candidate will oversee non fee sourcing, and selection of employees through recruitment, ad placement, and resume review.

Benefits Administrator is responsible for overseeing administration for all corporate benefits programs, policies, and procedures including but not limited to: Health & Welfare, Leave Management, 401(k), Service Awards and Worker’s Compensation. Responsible for ensuring programs continue to meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, are cost effective and consistent with the company’s total rewards philosophy. Responsible for all aspects of invoicing for benefit plans.  Recommends benefit plan changes as needed and manages all aspects of the annual benefits open enrollment process.  Liaise with our broker to address issues and ensure proactive oversight of all programs.

Senior Global Financial Analyst

Highly successful and stable multi-billion dollar corporation, located near Melville has an immediate need for a Senior Global Financial Analyst.  ROLE REQUIRES EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND/OR EARLY CAREER IN ACCOUNTING.

This role involves performance of highly skilled analytical review of both the income statement and balance sheet on behalf of one of the company’s larger business units operating globally. Via Hyperion Enterprise, candidate will review this financial documentation in order to prepare 1. monthly summary and trend analysis ,  2. monthly financial presentations for the business unit Executives and  3. various ad hoc financial reports in Excel or Hyperion. Candidate must possess an undergraduate degree in accounting or finance and strong knowledge of GAAP.  Proficiency in a European language is a plus.

Compensation $70k to $95k .

May consider someone from public accounting looking to move to analytical role.
