Director of Organization Development

Director of Organizational Development/Training professional needed for a global client located on Long Island with over 4,000 employees.  This person will work closely with Executive Leadership to develop and lead training, professional and organizational programs across the organization in North America.    This is a standalone role – with resources available – though no direct reports. This role will require a self starter, someone to develop and drive the program from the ground up.

25-30% domestic travel.

Seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to join the team in support of the CEO of a Fortune-rated Company on Long Island, New York. This individual must be a strong multi-tasker with the ability to handle various projects. Responsibilities include providing necessary research, maintaining email and phone correspondence, offering summaries of pertinent information, conducting special projects, preparing speeches and organizing meetings and special events. Job requires travel. (Expected 50%)


•         Bachelor’s degree from a top-rated University/College required

•         Knowledge of the healthcare industry and international experience a plus

•         Exceptional verbal, written, and analytical skills.

•         4- 6 years experience as an Executive Assistant or related work experience in a Corporate, Not-for-profit, or political campaign office strongly preferred.

•         Experience with event planning or coordination is a plus.

•         Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

Associate Relations Manager – Global – $115-140K+

Newly created role for an Associate Relations Manager, based in Kansas City, Missouri.

Company will provide full relocation.

Career-making opportunity to be a key player in the design and development of the Associate Relations division for a large global company.

Ideal candidate will have hands-on, in-depth experience in developing policies, procedures and programs as they relate to the associate relations activities, while keeping them in line with both the business and people strategies of the Company. 10+ years in associate or employee relations with 5+ years in a leadership role

International HR best practices experience is required.

Masters degree in preferred but not required.

Database Marketing Analyst/Business Intelligence – $80–100K

Answer directly to the CEO of a venerable Long Island firm with a specialized niche customer base.  Need 4-year degree (Master’s preferred) and solid experience in order to handle the following:


  • develop and maintain a data warehouse;
  • mine the data and identify key market segments/market segmentation;
  • develop predictive models;
  • work with the sales, marketing and operational organizations to leverage segmentation and predictive modeling and develop and execute actionable strategies;
  • develop and implement marketing, sales and operational customer surveys and satisfaction measurements and;
  • develop inventory and production forecasting, and results measurement programs.

HR Analyst – Benefits – $75K++ – Plainview

Analytical professional with strong technical and business acumen and experienced needed for newly created position within a growing HR team.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years analysis experience in a benefits-related function of a mid-to-large size corporation.

Some responsibilities include analysis and processing of benefits vendor invoices, producing benefit-related reports for Accounting/Finance, working with HRMS team on system changes and upgrades (including writing queries, etc), providing benefit-related records for SOX compliance, participate in benefit audit process and benefit administration.

Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Experience with PeopleSoft or related system also required.

Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field of study.
