Content Marketing Manager/Director – $80K

Responsibilities
• Work with the marketing team, the sales team and corporate executives to develop compelling written and visual content for all aspect of marketing and sales.
• Create and/or manage content and design for brochures, case studies, blogs, press releases, infographics, Newsletter and videos.
• Work with corporate experts to create white papers and other educational material for internal and customer consumption.
• Write compelling content for direct mail campaigns
• Manage the corporate RFP response process.
Required Skills and Experience
• Superior writing, editing skills

• Ability to communicate compelling marketing messages in written form
• Ability to take product and service attributes and convert them into compelling customer focused benefits.

Sr. Digital Analyst with Marketing Savvy – $100K +

The Senior Digital Analyst is responsible for all digital analytics including analyzing on-site and off-site traffic, deriving insights from website performance and digital programs that lead to higher performance, creating holistic dashboards for presentation to senior level management, and collaborating with external partners to provide best in class reporting and analytics.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, marketing or statistics is required. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of five years working in a web analytics role, including two years of experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing (Test & Target, Google Web Optimizer), competitive analysis, surveys and market research.
• Experience in working with a tag management system such as Tealium, Ensighten, or Adobe DTM is required.
SKILLS:
• High level of proficiency with clickstream tools such as Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst) or IBM Digital Analytics (Coremetrics) is required.
• Excellent analytical, planning & prioritization skills are required.
• Expertise with Business Intelligence tools such as SAP Business Objects, Web Intelligence, or Cognos, and writing SQL queries in an online or offline environment.
• Expertise in SEM/PPC and SEO strategy and measurement.
• Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas, statistical tools).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple business functions.

Marketing Manager
• Build strong relationships with cross functional partners including Product Development, Public Relations, Creative Services, Packaging, Finance, Ecommerce, and Sales teams
• Ideate, identify, lead, manage and execute all marketing activities for the brand, including and not limited to: Digital Marketing, Advertising, Event planning, Public Relations, Influencers Programming, Salon Programs and Social Media platforms.
• Aid in developing strategies for ecommerce platform
• Partner with the sales team in preparing distributor sales presentations that includes: new innovation, point of difference, white space opportunities, competitive advantage and retail sales updates.
• Responsible in leading, managing and preparing all business reviews as well as annual planning presentations for the brand.
• Ensure brand image and position are consistent and well represented throughout all marketing channels
• Identify new opportunities to grow the brand, including assessing gaps in portfolio to generate and initiate creative concepts for new products that align with the brand identity
• Follow up on deliverables with both internal and external partners
• Liaison with outside agencies to facilitate and lead requests in order to meet programs’ needs and deliverables
• Lead and partner with the international team on all marketing aspects for retail brands including and not limited to: packaging copy, creative artwork, translations, marketing programming, and sample requests.

• 3-5 years of experience in the Beauty industry
• Team player, collaborative, flexible and able to work well with cross-functional partners is a MUST
• Ability to work in a flexible, ever-changing environment.
• Analytical background preferred.
• Highly proficient in Powerpoint, Word and Excel.

Long Island based OTC company looking for a Chief Financial Officer. As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the President and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing. CFO will work to develop business nationally and internationally (Asia).
BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in real estate development, property management, and/ or construction industry.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
