Talent Acquisition Specialist/Generalist

10 plus years corporate experience needed to manage full life cycle recruitment process and develop and implement projects as it relates to recruiting, on-boarding, selecting and assist in the implementation of an Applicant Tracking system.

Will also be responsible for other generalist responsibilities, preparing documentation and making recommendations to resolve employee related issues & problems

Candidate will assist the HR Department and work collaboratively with the Corporate HR team to effectively implement HR initiatives

* 10+ years of progressive, HR generalist/talent acquisition experience
* Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s and PHR degree preferred

Vice President of Human Resources

Vice President will be responsible for development and implementation of organizational wide program, policies and activities, Talent management and development, succession planning, recruitment, employee relations and benefits administration and design. Candidate with change management experience  preferred.

Immigration Specialist

Specialist needed to manage global immigration process, employee visa status and permanent residency process. Work closely with domestic and international immigration law vendors to gather the needed documentation and file casework. Maintain compliance with immigration law. Support filing new visa petition in line with associated changes. Serve as the immigration specialist working with outside counsel for more complex cases.  Evaluate current immigration processes, suggesting changes where needed to improve operational objectives.

Director of Talent Acquisition

Director will be responsible for managing activities of recruiters ensuring that the firm has a constant talent pipeline. Candidate will oversee non fee sourcing, and selection of employees through recruitment, ad placement, and resume review.

Director will also be responsible for college recruitment programs and job fairs.

15 years experience with 5 in a management role in a high volume recruitment department required for this role.
