Job description
• Manage & Reconcile Bank Accounts
• Management of A/P and A/R
• Management of credit card accounts
• Manage multiple business systems simultaneously
• Create documentation and process
• Produce reports as needed
• BS in Accounting/Finance MBA a plus
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting environment
• Strong experience in QuickBooks required
• Ability to work with high volume of invoices
• $60k-$70k DOE

HRIS Manager – Midtown, Manhattan

Reporting directly to the Director, Compensation and Benefits Administration, this position is responsible for managing the operations of the company’s Human Resources Information System function. The Manager, will be responsible for HR project management, vendor relationships, systems and reporting. This role will define HR systems and business process requirements and solutions in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders from Human Resources, Finance, and Information Technology.
